Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Bei der Herstellung einer Grundwassermessstelle im Umgriff der Baumaßnahme (Schäfflerstraße) wurde durch den AN eine

Wasserleitung der SWM angebohrt. Die SWM mussten die Leitung daraufhin reparieren, der AN musste sein Bohrgerät räumen und nach Bekanntgabe einer erneute Bohrfreigabe durch den AG erneut einrichten. Die Ursache des Schadens ist eine unbekannte, nicht den Plänen entsprechende Spartenlage.
