Die Trennung verschiedener Ausführungsabschnitte hat eine zusätzliche Schnittstelle zur Folge, welche kostentechnisch nicht realisierbar ist.

Bei einem Wechsel des Unternehmers würden terminliche Verschiebungen und erhebliche Zusatzkosten entstehen.
