Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund der fortschreitenden Planung und der damit inbegriffenen Planungsänderungen sind weiteregeotechnische/hydrogeologische Untersuchungen sowie Gutachten/Stellungnahmen für den Bereich Sierksdorf erforderlichgeworden. Für die Umsetzung der Planungsleistung sind die im Nachtragsangebot aufgeführten Leistungen zwingend notwendig
