         Bei der Baumaßnahme am Schulgebäude der Gesamtschule (46) Friedrich-Wilhelm-von-Steuben in Potsdam ist die Brandschutzsanierung und eine weitreichende energetische Sanierung in mehreren Bauabschnitten geplant.

         Die Arbeiten erfolgen unter den besonderen Bedingungen während des laufenden Schulbetriebes.

         Die hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen beinhalten Arbeiten zu Sonnenschutzanlagen.

         Das Schulgebäude ist zweigeschossig und teilunterkellert (begrenzt für die Hausanschlüsse).

         Die Leistung ist nach Auftragsvergabe in 5 Bauabschnitten zu erbringen:

         - Lieferung und Einbau von ca. 330 Sonnenschutzanlagen für neue Fensterelemente

         - je Abschnitt zwischen 60 und 70 Anlagen

         - Textiler Sonnenschutz (Vorbautextilscreen)

         - motorisch betrieben und für bauseitige zentrale Steuerung vorbereitet

         - Befestigung auf dem Fensterrahmen

         - ca. 12 verschiedene Größen
