Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Zusätzlich sind die Schlitz- und Durchbruchsarbeiten für Neubau und Bestand durchzuführen.

Außerdem ist im Bestandsgebäude die Planung einer PV-Anlage durchzuführen.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aufgrund baulicher Änderungen sind bisher nicht beauftragte Schlitz- und Durchbruchsarbeiten notwendig geworden. Die PV-Anlage ist Teil des Gesamtkonzepts der Energieversorgung, das der Auftragnehmer aufzustellen hat. Die Beauftragung eines Dritten wäre mit erheblichen Mehrkosten verbunden.
