         Das Gleisdreieck Wiesestraße ist wichtiger Bestandteil des Straßenbahnnetzes, weil es die Verbindung zwischen Betriebshof und dem gesamten Netz für das Zentrum und südliche Stadtgebiete herstellt. Daher gilt es, die baulichen und verkehrstechnischen Voraussetzungen für einen weitestgehend störungsfreien und attraktiven ÖPNV zu schaffen.

         Hierfür sind Planungsleistungen für Verkehrsanlagen, für Tiefbau, für Lichtsignalanlagen und Straßenbeleuchtung erforderlich. Diese Leistungen werden vorliegend ausgeschrieben.
