   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         - Nachweis der Eintragung in einem Berufs-oder Handelsregister des Staates, in dem der Bieter niedergelassen ist, der nicht älter als 3 Monate zum Zeitpunkt des Ablaufs der Angebotsfrist sein darf. Sofern der Bieter, das Mitglied einer Bietergemeinschaft oder Dritte (im Fall der Eignungsleihe) nicht in einem Berufs- oder Handelsregister verzeichnet ist, genügt der Nachweis der erlaubten Berufsausübung auf andere Weise.

         - Für die Mitgliedsstaaten der EU sind die jeweiligen Berufs- und Handelsregister und die Bescheinigungen oder Erklärungen über die Berufsausübung in Anhang XI der Richtlinie 2014/24/EU des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 26.02.2014 über die öffentliche Auftragsvergabe aufgeführt.

         - Ab einer Auftragssumme von 30.000 € wird der Auftraggeber gemäß § 150a GewO von dem Bieter, auf dessen Angebot der Zuschlag erteilt werden soll, eine Auskunft aus dem Wettbewerbsregister beim Bundeskartellamt und einen Auszug aus dem Gewerbezentralregister beim Bundesamt für Justiz anfordern.

         - Erklärung, aus der die durchschnittliche jährliche Beschäftigtenzahl des Unternehmens und die Zahl der Führungskräfte in den letzten 3 Jahren hervorgeht
