II.2.4)Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract:

Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Planung, Lieferung und Montage eines Fassadengerüsts mit Treppentürmen

und Bauaufzug, für die Herstellung eines WDVS mit Klinkerriemchenbekleidung sowie weiteren notwendigen

Fassadenarbeiten wie Metallbau-, Fenster- und Dachdeckerarbeiten.

Die Gerüstverankerung soll auf Grundlage der Vorplanung durch den AN von Beginn an mit Dauergerüstankern

erfolgen. Die erforderliche Planung einschließlich eines Standsicherheitsnachweises wird durch den AN erstellt.

Das Gerüst ist für einige Wochen vorzuhalten und nach Beendigung der Fassadenarbeiten rück zubauen. Der

Abbau erfolgt auf Bedarf bzw. nach Baufortschritt der Fassadenarbeiten lageweise und ist bei EP-Angabe mit zu

berücksichtigen.

Gerüst und Verankerungen sind durch den AN regelmäßig sicherheitstechnisch zu überprüfen.

Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers nicht zu vertreten, da der AN bereits an der Baustelle tätig ist und die nachträglichen Leistungen nur mit einer neuen Baustelleneinrichtung etc. umzusetzen wären.Auch aus technischer Sicht wäre es aus Gewährleistungsgründen nicht sinnvoll, einen anderen Auftragnehmer mit den Leistungen zu beauftragen.86300.79
