Diese Anlage muss durch Schnitte und das Freilegen von Strukturen Proben aus verschiedenen Materialien derart präparieren können, so dass diese am Ende nur wenige Mikrometer dünn sind. Ferner soll die Anlage für Freiformschnitte einsetzbar sein. Die Anlage muss die Proben so präparieren können, dass das zu bearbeitende Material unbeschädigt bleibt und kein Schmutz oder Partikel an Oberflächen anhaften.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Anlage zur Laserablation. Um eine thermisch induzierte Schädigung der zu bearbeitenden Materialien weitestgehend zu minimieren, muss die Ablationsanlage mit einem Ultrakurzpulslaser ausgestattet sein. Diese Anlage muss durch Schnitte und das Freilegen von Strukturen Proben aus verschiedenen Materialien derart präparieren können, so dass diese am Ende nur wenige Mikrometer dünn sind. Ferner soll die Anlage für Freiformschnitte einsetzbar sein.          Die Anlage soll für folgende Zwecke eingesetzt werden:

         1. Vereinzelung kompaktierter Halbleiterproben zur Herstellung miniaturisierter Halbzeuge mit Dicken/Kantenlängen/Schnittbreiten im µm-Bereich

         2. Bearbeitung von keramischen Substraten und metallischen Werkstoffen zur Strukturierung von Substraten, Leiterbahnen und Verbindungselementen

         3. Vorbereitung/Präparation von Proben für:

         3.1 Transmissionselektronenspektroskopie

         3.2 Rasterelektronenmikroskopie

         3.3 Atom-Sonden-Tomographie

         Die Anlage soll zur Bearbeitung von Legierungen, keramischen und metallischen Werkstoffen, sowie zur Bearbeitung von Halbleitern eingesetzt werden. Von besonderem Interesse sind folgende Materialien:
