         Verlangte Nachweise für die Beurteilung der Eignung des Bieters

         Befähigung und Erlaubnis zur Berufsausübung

         Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, vom Bieter folgende Angaben und Nachweise anzufordern (bei Bietern außerhalb Deutschlands ggf. gleichartige länderspezifische Nachweise) - vgl. auch Formblatt KEV 179 "Eigenerklärungen zur Eignung" - (vgl. §6a und 6b VOB/A):

         - Nachweis der Eintragung in Handels- bzw. Berufsregister;

         - Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung des Finanzamtes;

         - Angabe, dass nachweislich keine schwere Verfehlung begangen wurde, die die Zuverlässigkeit als Bewerber in Frage stellt;

         - Angaben zur Zahlung von Steuern, Abgaben und Beiträgen zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung;

         - Angabe zur Mitgliedschaft bei der Berufsgenossenschaft.

         Einen Nachweis aus dem Wettbewerbsregister wird der AG ab einer Auftragssumme von 30.000 Euro (zzgl. MwSt.) für den Bieter anfordern, dessen Angebot den Zuschlag erhalten soll.

         Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit

         Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, folgende Angaben und Nachweise anzufordern (vgl. §6a und 6b VOB/A):

         - Umsätze der letzten drei abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahre;

         - Zahl der in den letzten drei abgeschlossenen Jahren jahresdurchschnittlich Beschäftigten;

         - Angabe zu Insolvenzverfahren und Liquidation.

         Technische und berufliche Leistungsfähigkeit

         Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, folgende Angaben und Nachweise anzufordern (vgl. §6a und 6b VOB/A):

         - Angaben zu ausgeführten Leistungen, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind (Referenzen);
