         Pasiūlymas turi galioti 3 mėnesius nuo pasiūlymų pateikimo termino pabaigos. Pasiūlymui taikomas pasiūlymo galiojimo užtikrinimas – 2 proc. nuo pasiūlymo kainos be PVM, bet ne mažesnė, nei 300 Eur bauda, kurią DPS tiekėjas sumoka CPO LT, jei jis atsiima pasiūlymą pasibaigus pasiūlymų pateikimo terminui ar atsisako pasirašyti Pirkimo sutartį konkretaus pirkimo dokumentuose ir pasiūlyme nurodytomis sąlygomis.
