VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

Mit dem Nachtrag Nr. 24A kam es erstmals zu einer wesentlichen Änderung des öffentlichen Auftrages, welche sich im Zuge der Ausführung des Bauvorhabens wie folgt ergeben haben: Nt 24a 140.953,73 netto Mehrmengen für die Schalung der Betonwände BT C und BT D, aufgrund von Anpassungen in den Leistungspositionen für Schalung. Im weiteren Bauverlauf wurden nunmehr durch die teils schwerwiegenden Preiserhöhungen (u.a. Holzpreis und Stahlpreis) weitere Nachträge erforderlich, die im Zusammenhang mit dem ursprünglichen Auftrag stehen und lediglich das starke Preisgefälle zu lasten des AN teilweise abfedern: NT Nr. 12 16.784,53 € netto Mehrkosten Holzbinder aufgrund schwerwiegender Holzpreiserhöhung sowie zusätzlicher Anschlussstahlteile NT Nr. 16 22.346,05 € netto Mehrkosten Material Bewehrungsstahl aufgrund stark gestiegener Stahlpreise innerhalb eines Jahres Zur zusätzlichen Beauftragung kamen darüber hinaus Mengenmehrungen zu einzelnen ursprünglich ausgeschriebenen LV Mengen , die der Auftraggeber im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflicht nicht vorhersehen konnte. Diese Mengenmehrung wurde im NT Nr. 21a über 95.545,13 € netto beauftragt.

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Die Gründe der erforderlichen Änderungen sind in der entsprechenden Beschreibung bereits aufgeführt.

Bezug nehmend § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 GWB wurde die Änderung aufgrund von Umständen erforderlich, die der öffentliche Auftraggeber im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflicht nicht vorhersehen konnte.
