         Zur LEADER-Region Aller-Leine-Tal gehören die Gemeinden/Samtgemeinden Hambühren, Wietze, Winsen (Aller), Schwarmstedt, Ahlden, Rethem (Aller), Dörverden und acht Ortschaften der Gemeinde Kirchlinteln, Ortschaft Eitze und die ländlich geprägten Teile der Kernstadt Verden (Aller)

         Die Geschäftsstelle ist bei der Samtgemeinde Ahlden angesiedelt.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Mit Unterstützung eines Regionalmanagements nach dem LEADER-Ansatz des Landes Niedersachsen will die Region Aller-Leine-Tal das im Jahr 2022/ 2023 erarbeitete Regionale Entwicklungskonzept (REK: http://www.allerleinetal.de/wp-content/uploads/REK_Aller-Leine-Tal_April-2022.pdf) umsetzen. Zentraler Entwicklungsansatz im Aller-Leine-Tal sind die Aktivitäten und Handlungsansätze zum Klimaschutz, die sich unter dem Motto „Hier fließt Energie“ in den vier Handlungsfeldern Orte mit ENERGIE, Menschen mit ENERGIE, Klimaschutz mit ENERGIE und Tourismus mit ENERGIE konkretisieren.

         Die Zusammenarbeit der Akteure aus verschiedenen Sektoren mit dem Ziel der REK-Umsetzung soll im Rahmen des ReM`s durch professionelle Prozessbegleitung und -organisation, LAG-Management, Projektmanagement, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Dokumentation und Evaluierung gezielt gefördert und sichergestellt werden. Das ReM nimmt eine wichtige Verbindung zwischen Wirtschafts- und Sozialpartnern, Kommunalvertretern sowie der Bevölkerung ein und arbeitet in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsstelle zusammen. Für das ReM und die Geschäftsstelle ist nach Vorgaben des niedersächsischen Landeswirtschaftsministeriums eine Vollzeitstelle erforderlich, wobei die Geschäftsstelle 10 Stunden pro Woche tätig ist. Die restlichen Stunden müssen über das ReM abgedeckt werden.
