         Im Büro Gebäude Albert-Einstein-Ring 8-10, 22761 Hamburg werden umfangreiche Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Rahmen der Revitalisierung durchgeführt bzw. geplant. Die o.g. Bürogebäude bleiben während der geplanten und weiter beschriebenen Umbaumaßnahmen zum Teil im Betrieb.

         Es handelt sich um ein sechsgeschossiges Gebäude aus dem Bj um 1991. Das Gebäude wurde als Stahlbetonstützenriegelkonstruktion mit Massivdecken aus Stahlbeton und massiven tragenden Treppenhäusern ausgeführt. In den Gebäuden befinden sich z.B. Büroräume, sanitäre Anlagen, Teeküchen, Abstell- und Technikräume sowie die Lüftungszentrale, die auch entkernt werden soll.

         Im LV werden die Einbauten im Detail beschrieben.

         Das Gebäude AER8-10 wird von der BWFGB angemietet zur Hochschulnutzung durch die UHH. Bauherr und Vermieter ist der LIG - Landesbetrieb Immobilienmanagement und Grundvermögen. Die UHH, Ref. 85, ist vom LIG mit der Projektsteuerung sowie der Projektleitung beauftragt.

         Hier werden die Akustikdeckenelemente ausgeschrieben.
