VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Aufgrund der notwendigen Ausführung HLS/ELT, Trockenbauarbeiten, Putzarbeiten, Malerarbeiten im Bauteil D über die Wintermonate, musste eine Winterbauheizung bereitgestellt werden, um die erforderlichen Raum- und Oberflächentemperaturen einzuhalten. Die anfallenden Kosten wurden über NT 03 beauftragt.

Die Nachträge Verkehrsanordnung, 04 und 06 beinhalten die Gebühren für die Sondernutzung , sowie Gebühren für die Verlängerung dieser Sondernutzung (§45 Abs. 6 StVO verkehrsregelnde Maßnahmen)

Im NT 8 wurde der Umzug von Möbeln aus Baubüro und 1-Hilfe-Ausstattung aus dem Baucontainer in den Bauteil D beauftragt, zur Schaffung Baufreiheit VGE 40 Außenanlagen

Bezug nehmend § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 GWB wurde die Änderung aufgrund von Umständen erforderlich, die der öffentliche Auftraggeber im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflicht nicht vorhersehen konnte.
