Die Nachtragsleistungen umfassen Anpassungen von Komponenten der RWA-Anlage aufgrund den baulichen Vorleitungen für den Antrieb sowie um zusätzliche Sicherheitsbeleuchtungen, die im Rahmen der Werkplanung notwendig wurden. Diese Leistungen ergaben sich nach Baubeginn und konnten im Rahmen der üblichen Sorgfaltspflicht nicht vorhergesehen werden.
