Die Brandschutzsanierung der Heizungstechnik ist Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zuge der Bauausführung ergaben sich Änderungen der Bauausführung. Diese waren erforderlich, um den den Aufbau im Bereich der beengten Zentrale zu vereinfachen und beschleunigen. Im Rahmen dieser Umbauten musste nun die Anordnung und Auslegung der Heizkörper fortgeschrieben werden. Auch wurde ein Wasserverlust an der Anlage festgestellt, wodurch eine Leckageortung zum Einsatz kommen musste. Ein Auftragnehmerwechsel war aus technischen Gründen nicht sinnvoll, da die Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Gesamtleistung des an den bisherigen Auftragnehmer vergebenen Auftrags stehen. Ein Abgrenzen der Leistung ist hier nicht möglich.
