Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es handelt sich um Wiederholungsleistungen aufgrund von notwendigen Planungsänderungen auf Basis der genannten Planänderungstestate. Die Leistungen bauen auf bestehenden Planungen von LAP auf und sind eng an die beauftragten Leistungen gekoppelt. Eine Trennung und Leistungserbringung von Dritten würde zusätzliche Schnittstellen und einen Wissensverlust zum Schaden des Bauherren bedeuten.
