         1) Zahlungsbedingungen gem. § 16 VOB/B.

         2) Fristverlängerung der Schlusszahlung auf 60KT

         3) Der AN hat bei Überschreitung der Ausführungsfrist der Frist für die Vollendung als Vertragsstrafe für jeden Werktag des Verzugs zu zahlen: 0,1% der im Auftragsschreiben genannten Auftragssumme ohne USt. Die Ver-tragsstrafe wird auf insgesamt 5 % der im Auftragsschreiben genannten Auftragssumme (ohne USt) begrenzt.

         4) Sicherheitsleistung für Vertragserfüllung (gem. §17 VOB) soweit die Auftragssumme mindestens 250.000 € netto beträgt, ist in Höhe von 5 Prozent der Summe der Auftragssumme zu leisten.

         5) Sicherheitsleistung für Mängelansprüche (gem. § 17 VOB/B) ist in Höhe von 3 Prozent der Summe der Ab-schlagszahlungen zum Zeitpunkt der Abnahme (vorläufige Abrechnungssumme) zu leisten.
