Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es handelt sich um zusätzliche Grundleistungen aus den LPH 1-4 und besondere Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung für das betroffene Gebäude. Die Leistungen sind eng an die vorangegangenen Leistungen von ion42 gekoppelt. Eine Trennung und Leistungserbringung von Dritten würde zusätzliche Schnittstellen und einen Wissensverlust zum Schaden des Bauherren bedeuten.
