         Folgende handelsüblichen und gemäß BuchPrG zulässigen Serviceleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Lieferung der Schulbücher werden verbindlich und kostenfrei vom Auftragnehmer erbracht:

         - Lieferung frei Haus

         - Anlieferung zur Anlieferungsstelle nach Vereinbarung mit den Fachkräften in die jeweiligen Fachklassen oder Verwendungsstelle (z. B. Bücherraum)

         - Lieferung sortiert und verpackt nach Klassen in die einzelnen Klassenräume der jeweiligen Schule

         - Entsorgung des Verpackungsmaterials der angelieferten Bücher

         - Bibliografische Nachweise

         - Fachliche Beratung mit entsprechendem Anschauungsmaterial vor Ort

         - Telefonische Hotline

         - Literaturlisten, Zusammenstellung von Nachbestellungen werden entsprechend der Lieferbedingungen der Verlage durchgeführt

         - Nachbestellungen – auch Einzeltitel – werden über das Jahr hinweg durchgeführt

         - Rechnungsstellung nach Vorgabe des Auftraggebers / getrennt nach einzelnen Schulen und

         - Unterstützung der Schulen bei der Ermittlung von Buchtiteln, Bestellnummern, Auflagen und Ladenpreisen
