Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die Bestandsaufnahme war nicht Bestandteil des Hauptvertrages der Planungsgemeinschaft. Der AG ist zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen davon ausgegangen, dass vorhandene Bestandspläne ausreichend für die Ausführung der Planungsleistungen sind. In den weiteren Leistungsphasen hat sich heraus gestellt, dass die vorhanden Bestandsunterlagen

unzureichend sind. Der vorgefundene Bestand vor Ort während der Bauausführung machte es daher immer wieder erforderlich, auf die Objektkenntnisse des Planers zurückzugreifen um auf besondere Vorkommnisse im Bauablauf schnell reagieren zu können und somit Terminverzögerungen zu vermeiden.
