Die Wohnanlage befindet sich in 12353 Berlin-Buckow, Heideläuferweg 57- 69,
Mollnerweg 26 - 32 und Ringslebenstr. 98- 90. Insgesamt umfasst die Wohnanlage 16 Gebäude in 5 Gebäudegruppen mit insgesamt 212 Bestandswohnungen. Die Gebäude wurden um das Jahr 1970 errichtet. Die Bestandsgebäude gliedern sich in 3 Haustypen und ein Einzelhaus (HLW 69). Die Bestandsgebäude werden einer umfassenden energetischen Modernisierung mit begleitender Strangsanierung unterzogen. 9 von 16 Häusern erhalten eine zusätzliche Wohnebene (Aufstockungsebene). Während der Baumaßnahme sind die Gebäude unbewohnt. Gleichzeitig findet innerhalb der Wohnanlage eine parallele Baumaßnahme statt. Das Parkhaus wird abgebrochen und 3 Neubauten werden errichtet.
Leistungsumfang dieses Gewerks:
Demontage der bestehenden Elektroinstallation in 212 Wohneinheiten, 16 Treppenhäuser und 16 Kellergeschossen; Neumontage in 262 Wohneinheiten (inklusive +50 Aufstockung), 16 Treppenhäuser und 16 Kellergeschossen; Erneuerung der Versorgungsleitungen für die Wohneinheiten durch Zählerzentralisation im
Kellergeschoss, inklusive der erforderlichen Kabeltragsysteme sowie der brandschutz- und bautechnischen Erfordernissen

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
Zusatzleistung: Überprüfung der E-Installation in bewohnten Wohnungen nach bereits erfolgter Teilsanierung. Notwendig, da Mieter die Mod.-Vereinbarung nicht unterschrieben hatten.
Änderung der Ausführung nach Bemusterung - Wohnungsverteilungen von Aufputz in Hohlwandverteilung mit Trockenbauschacht geändert.
Entfall von Kernbohrungen, da auf Grund Trittschalldämmung unter Estrich dies durch Gewerk Schadstoff ausgeführt werden.
Geänderte Ausführung der Montage der Zählerschränke von Wandmontage zu freistehender Montage, auf Grund der Forderungen KG-Wände mit Dämmung zu versehen.
Ergänzungen der Klingeltableaus mit integrierter Hausnummerbeleuchtung und in RAL-Farbton gem. Farbkonzept.
Zusatzleistung: liefern von Schwanenhälsen für Aufdachgeräte und geplante Photovoltaik-Anlage
Geänderte Ausführung der Erdung - Tiefenerder durch Bodenplatte und nicht im Außenbereich, sowie auf Grund von Lieferschwierigkeiten Änderung der Wandverteilerschränke, sowie ergänzendes Material zur Erbringung der geforderten Leistung und zusätzliche Außenbeleuchtung

Zusätzliche Leistungen können ausschließlich durch den AN ausgeführt werden, da es sich um Leistungsbestandteile einer Gesamtleistung handelt, deren Trennung zu gravierenden kostenverursachenden Störungen im Bauablauf führen würde.
