         Mit der Abgabe eines Angebotes sind vom Bieter die folgenden Nachweise prüffähig einzureichen:

         - Der Nachweis einer Eintragung in das Berufs- oder Handelsregister oder der Handwerksrolle nach § 6a Nr. 1 VOB/A EU

         - Vorlage einer entsprechenden Berufshaftpflichtversicherung nach § 6a Nr. 2a VOB/A EU
