         Im Zuge der Intriebnahme eines Logistikzentrums der Stadt Wien – Wiener Gesundheitsverbund („Auftraggeberin“) werden täglich Artikel vom Logistikzentrum in die verschiedenen Dienststellen des WIGEV verbracht. Um die Umsetzung eines effizienten Betriebs zu gewährleisten, soll zukünftig die Planung und Ausführung der Transporte zwischen dem Logistikzentrum und den Dienststellen durch einen externen Dienstleister erfolgen.

         Das Logistikzentrum versorgt 19 Dienststellen innerhalb des WIGEV mit Wirtschaftsartikeln, die teils täglich beliefert werden müssen. Die Wirtschaftsartikel werden in der Regel mittels Standard-Rollcontainer und FTS-Rollcontainer transportiert. Die Standorte der WIGEV Dienststellen, zu denen ein Transport erfolgen soll, verteilen sich derzeit hauptsächlich über das Bundesland Wien sowie der Stadtgemeinde Ybbs. Insgesamt erfolgen ca. 98% der Fahrten innerhalb von Wien und ca. 2% der Fahrten nach Ybbs.
