         -Erklärung, dass kein Insolvenzverfahren oder Liquidationsverfahren anhängig ist.

         -Erklärung, dass das Unternehmen in Bezug auf Ausschlussgründe im Sinne von §§ 123 f.          Für die Erbringung der werkvertraglich geschuldeten Leistung hält der AG einen Mindestpersonaleinsatz gemäß den nachfolgenden Angaben je Gewerk für erforderlich. Diese Bauüberwacher müssen in der genannten Anzahl im Besitz eines gültigen Befähigungsausweises nach DB Richtlinie für das genannte Gewerk sein:
