Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der AN gibt einen Leistungszeitraum vom 26.08.2022 bis zum 31.12.2023 für das Vorhalten der FA an. Dies entspricht nach aktuellem Stand dem voraussichtlichen Bedarf. Es liegt nahe, dass die Mengeneinheit "md" mit der Einheit "d" verwechselt wurde und sich hier-durch die gravierenden Mengendifferenzen ergeben. Hinweis: Eine zusätzliche Prüfung der kalkulatorischen Preisbildung wird empfohlen und sollte mit den Marktüblichen Preisen verglichen werden. Dies ist nicht Teil der STN seitens der BÜW. Für die im Nachtrag benannte Vorhaltung liegt dies nach Erfahrungswerten im einstelligen Eurocent (0,0x€) Bereich (im

Gegensatz zu den im HLV bepreisten 5,00€/md).
