Dies beinhaltet unter anderem:

Lieferung und Montage von Edelstahlverkleidungen zwischen den Zargen und dem Stahlbeton mit umlaufend vertikal verlegten Platten und unterfütterter Steinwolle (Schmelzpunkt 1000 Grad/Celsius) und entsprechenden Stahlwinkeln an den Fachschachttürelementen des Lastenaufzuges zur Sicherstellung des brandschutztechnischen Raumabschlusses über 90 Minuten). Zusätzlich entstehen notwendige Mehrleistungen und Mehraufwendungen (tiefere Zargen) am Personenaufzug, auf Grund der angepassten (eingerückten) Aufzugstüren an die vorhandene Schachtgrube.

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Brandschutztechnischer Anschluss der Schachttüren und Rahmen des Lastenaufzuges an den Aufzugsschacht mit umlaufend vertikal verlegten Platten und unterfütterter Steinwolle (Schmelzpunkt 1000 Grad/Celsius) und entsprechenden Stahlwinkeln zur Sicherstellung des brandschutztechnischen Raumabschlusses über 90 Minuten. (die Prüfungen des Herstellers sehen eine Montage an Massivwänden vor und sind so umzusetzen). Durch die nur geringfügigen Spaltmaße zwischen den Rahmen der Fahrschachttüren und den Massivwänden des Aufzugschachtes, wurde, in Abstimmung mit dem Brandschutzsachverständigen, diese Art des Verschlusses bestätigt und freigegeben. Zusätzlich entstehen notwendige Mehrleistungen und Mehraufwendungen (tiefere Zargen) am Personenaufzug, auf Grund der angepassten (eingerückten) Aufzugstüren an die vorhandene Schachtgrube.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zwingend benötigte Leistungen zur Erfüllung der Brandschutzvorgaben am Schacht des Lastenaufzuges zwischen Fahrschachttüren und dem Baukörper. Auf Grund der nicht senkrecht aufeinander stehenden Schachtwände der Haltestellen mussten die Rahmen der Fahrschachttüren einseitig unterschiedlich eingerückt werden. Zur Erlangung der brandschutztechnischen Vorgaben (Verschluss des Spaltes zwischen den Rahmen der Fahrschachttüren und dem massiven Bauwerk) ist eine Montage mittels umlaufend vertikal verlegter Platten und die Verfüllung mit Dämmplatten DPF-40 (Steinwolle) Schmelzpunkt > 1000 Grad/Celsius notwendig. Beim Personenaufzug ergaben sich auf Grund der angepassten (eingerückten) Aufzugstüren an die vorhandene Schachtgrube des Personenaufzuges, entsprechende Mehrleistungen und Mehraufwendungen durch zu fertigende tiefere Metallzargen. In diesem NT sind die Kosten inklusive aller Nebenleistungen für diese notwendigen Leistungen erfasst
