         The subject of this Framework Agreement is the demolition, excavation and earthworks using environmentally friendly methods and materials at various industrial estates administered by INDIS Malta Ltd (INDIS). The place of acceptance of the works shall be at various industrial estates administered by INDIS, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be whichever comes first of the following: four (4) years from the date of the last signature of the Contract Agreement i.e. the signature of the Contracting Authority. The contract may be extended for a further one (1) year if the total allocated funds are not utilised; or until the total allocated funds for this Framework Agreement are reached. The INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
