Art und Umfang der Änderungen (mit Angabe möglicher früherer Vertragsänderungen):

Verlängerung der Vertragslaufzeit um 12 Monate und Erhöhung der Auftragssumme um 100.000 EUR.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nachdem der Beginn der GAP-Reform um ein Jahr auf das Jahr 2023 verschoben wird (vgl. ÜbergangsVO 2020/2220 vom 20.12.2020), ist auch der bestehende Vertrag entsprechend anzupassen, d.h. um zwölf Monate (für das Jahr 2023) zu verlängern. Ein neuer Vertrag für einen elektronischen Kontrollbericht startet dann erst mit dem Beginn der neuen Förderperiode (ab Ende 2023). Dies ist v.a. fachlich dadurch begründet, da durch die Reform ein sehr großer Änderungsbedarf entsteht.
