         Les missions consisterons en :

         - Veille sur la bonne application de la politique Achats du Groupe SHEM-Engie

         - Participation à la définition du besoin et à la formalisation du cahier des charges avec les clients internes

         - Pilotage de consultations (rédaction des dossiers de consultation, conduite des consultations, visite de site, rédaction des notes de choix, pilotage planning achat, négociation, contractualisation…).

         - Optimisation des achats de la SHEM dans les pratiques, les outils

         - Accompagnement des évolutions (processus, normes) et veille technologique et juridique

         - Participation au suivi de la performance et des indicateurs de reporting.

         - Participation aux audits et à la gestion des risques et de la stratégie fournisseurs
