II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Bundesweite Lieferung von Messtechnik Gas für die Gasversorgung. Unternehmen, die das Prüfungssystem

erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben, werden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zur Angebotsabgabe für

Thüga-Gruppen-Rahmenverträge aufgefordert. Die Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe auf Grundlage

dieses Prüfungssystems kann durch die Thüga AG und/oder durch unmittelbare und mittelbare

Beteiligungsgesellschaften der Thüga AG erfolgen. Hierbei wird in den abzuschließenden Rahmenabkommen

der Bedarf der Beteiligungsgesellschaften der Thüga AG in einer Anfrage gebündelt werden. Auf Grundlage

der abzuschließenden Rahmenabkommen werden die Bezugsberechtigten Gesellschaften (mittelbare und

unmittelbare Beteiligungsgesellschaften der Thüga AG) Bestellungen in eigenem Namen und auf eigene

Rechnung tätigen. Die Kommunikationssprache ist Deutsch.

Warenanteil zu mehr als 50 % aus Ländern stammt, die nicht Vertragsparteien des Abkommens über den

Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum sind und mit denen auch keine sonstigen Vereinbarungen über gegenseitigen

Marktzugang bestehen,— Kommunikation und Abwicklung in deutscher Sprache,— Vertrag nach deutschem

Recht,— Vorhaltung von Kundenservice in Deutschland,— Ausfüllen eines Lieferantenfragebogens und positive

Bewertung des ausgefüllten Lieferantenfragebogens durch die Thüga AG,— Anerkennung und Einhaltung

der technischen Spezifikation,— Bestehen der Produktprüfung,— Bestehen einer Probelieferung.Einzelheiten
