      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Le titulaire est réputé avoir une parfaite connaissance du site précédemment désigné à l’article 1.2 du présent CCAP. Il ne saurait se prévaloir d’une connaissance insuffisante des lieux pour réclamer une plus-value ou une indemnité ultérieure.

         Le titulaire s’engage d’une manière générale à effectuer toutes les prestations nécessaires en vue d’assurer un bon niveau de sécurité des biens et des personnes sur le site Pouchet dans les conditions fixées par le CCTP de l’accord-cadre ainsi que dans son cadre de réponses technico-financiers.

         Le titulaire ne peut transférer à un sous-traitant une partie de l’exécution du marché ou du bon de commande, sans l’agrément préalable du CNRS. La sous-traitance totale des prestations récurrentes est

         interdite.

         L’accord-cadre est constitué :

         - D’une part forfaitaire correspondant aux prestations récurrentes et de vitrerie intérieure ;

         - D’une part variable correspondant à des prestations ponctuelles.
