         la consultation a pour objet la relance du lot 6 fourniture, pose et entretien des équipements urbains et paysagers dans le cadre de l"entretien de parcelles communautaires et des espaces naturels sur le territoire de la Communauté d"agglomération Beaune Côte et Sud. Les membres de la CAO ont décidé, lors de la réunion du 5 juin 2023 lors de l"attribution des lots du marché initial, de relancer le lot 6 en raison d"une insuffisance de concurrence.

         Il s"agit d"un accord-cadre monoattributaire à bons de commande passé sous la forme d"un appel d"offres ouvert en application des articles L2125-1 1°, L2124-1 et L2124-2 et des articles R2124-1, R2124-2-1°, R2162-1 à R2162-6, et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique.

         L"accord cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum de 700 000 euro ht sur la durée du marché.
