le projet prévoit la réalisation d"un pôle petite enfance qui puisse accueillir une crèche de 39 berceaux (équipement d"accueil du jeune enfant - eaje), un relais petite enfance (Rpe), un service de protection maternelle et infantile (Pmi), et un centre médico-psycho-pédagogique (Cmpp). Le pôle petite enfance sera situé à proximité du futur pôle socio-culturel et du futur gymnase des Beaudottes. Cette construction neuve fait partie d"une opération de renouvellement urbain du quartier des anciennes Beaudottes-Savigny
