VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
- Ajout d"une mission OPC conformément à l"article 16 du CCAP, concernant la clause de réexamen.
- les prix seront révisés en application des clauses du présent marché.
- le montant définitif sera fixé dans les mêmes conditions que le montant définitif du marché à l"issue de la phase à Apd.
Les prestations à exécuter par le titulaire du marché seront payées en fonction des prix inscrits dans sa proposition. Cette pièce fait partie intégrante de l"avenant au marché.
la mission sera réalisé conformément aux clauses techniques particulières insérées en annexe au CCTP, elle commencera dès la phase études comme suite :
- participation aux réunions moa / moe
- analyse rendus APD-PRO-DCE et élaboration de notes d"analyse
- accompagnement du MOA à la conduite de l"opération / étude
- mise au point de calendrier opérationnel provisoire
- organisation des réponses aux questions des entreprises
- analyse des offres des entreprises (parallèlement à celle de Moe)
- accompagnement du MOA à la conduite de l"opération / consultation
- ordonnancement et planification de chantier en phase préparation
- pilotage des entreprises dans le préparation de chantier
- accompagnement du MOA à la conduite de l"opération / préparation
- coordination des actions des intervention CT et Sps
- coordination des entreprises en phase chantier
- suivi général du chantier (avec Cr)
- vérification des objectifs qualitatifs du projet
- suivi financier de la facturation (+ avenants) et transmission des certificats de paiement
- gestion des DGD (avec pénalités et retards)
- accompagnement du MOA à la conduite de l"opération / chantier
- planification et coordination des réceptions
- suivi des levées de réserves
- gestion de la période de parfait achèvement
