La rémunération du contrat de maîtrise d"oeuvre tiendra compte de la prime reçue par l"attributaire. SEMINOR se réserve la possibilité de réduire ou de supprimer la prime des candidats dont les prestations remises seraient jugées incomplètes ou non conformes au programme
