Délégation de service public portant sur les Accueils de Loisirs Sans Hébergement (ALSH) périscolaires (habilités et non habilités) et extrascolaires (habilités).

La délégation de service public portera plus précisément sur : - les ALSH habilités comprenant la gestion administrative et comptable, la restauration des enfants, l’animation pédagogique, l’utilisation, le nettoyage et l’entretien des équipements habilités, la promotion du service auprès du public, le transport des enfants (le

cas échéant) ; - les ALSH non habilités comprenant la gestion administrative et comptable, la restauration des enfants, l’utilisation, le nettoyage et l’entretien des équipements habilités, la promotion du service auprès du public, le transport des enfants (le cas échéant).

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Les capacités d"accueil des enfants sont les suivantes pour les ALSH périscolaires et extrascolaires habilités : Bischoffsheim sur 2 sites : 120, Boersch : 50, Griesheim-prés-Molsheim : 98, Mollkirch : 20 (avec le projet de construction d"un nouvel ALSH en 2026 - capacité prévisionnelle de 70 enfants pour la période 2026-2028), Ottrott - Saint Nabor 72 (midi) et 45 (soir), Rosheim : 114, soit une capacité globale d"accueil de 474 enfants (midi) et 447 enfants (soir) - (évolution en 2026 - 524 midi et 497 soir).

Les capacités d"accueil des enfants sont les suivantes pour les ALSH non habilités : Bischoffsheim : 30 (midi), Boersch : 30 (midi), Grendelbruch : 34 (midi et soir), Mollkirch : 28 (midi et soir) (avec possibilité de modification pour la période 2026-2028 suite au projet de construction d"un nouvel ALSH en 2026), Saint Nabor : 17 (midi), Rosenwiller : 24 (midi), Rosheim : 98 (sur deux sites le midi) et 44 (sur un troisième site le soir), soit une capacité globale de 261 enfants le midi et de 106 enfants le soir.
