le projet doit permettre de créer un outil de travail pour les acteurs culturels, un espace de rencontre pour les publics et les artistes, un liant entre les différents équipements de la ville. Il comprendra : accueil cafétéria, espace exposition, école de musique et de danse, espace bibliothèque et ateliers d"artistes. La surface de plancher du programme est établie à environ 1200m². Il se trouve dans les abords d"un Monument Historique.Par ailleurs, la maîtrise d"ouvrage souhaite qu"une dimension artistique soit visible dans le projet (oeuvre d"art à réaliser/intégrer en intérieur/extérieur).Le coût maximum alloué aux travaux est de 3 100 000 euro(s) Ht (val déc 2022)
