        4.1.1 UPIS U REGISTAR

        Gospodarski subjekt mora biti upisan u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Naručitelj će, osim ako već ne posjeduje te dokumente, prije donošenja odluke u postupku javne nabave od ponuditelja koji je podnio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu zatražiti da u primjerenom roku, ne kraćem od 5 (pet) dana, dostavi ažurirane popratne dokumente radi provjere informacija navedenih u ESPD pri čemu se sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti gospodarskog subjekta iz ove točke dokazuje:

        – izvatkom iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra koji se vodi u državi članici njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Gospodarski subjekti koji su upisani u sudski/strukovni registar trebaju popuniti podatak „Upis u strukovni registar“ a gospodarski subjekti koji su upisani u obrtni i drugi odgovarajući registar trebaju popuniti podatak „Upis u obrtni registar“.
