mission de maîtrise d"oeuvre pour la construction d"un nouveau bâtiment de 60 lits (S.S.R et Médecine) sur le site du Blanc du Centre Hospitalier de Châteauroux - le Blanc.

Mission de base pour les opérations de bâtiments en construction neuve au sens des articles L2412-1 et R2431-4 du Code de la Commande Publique avec esquisse, études thermiques (suivant la Réglementation Thermique 2020 avec obligation d"établir un bilan énergétique de performance), acoustique, fluides, énergies, VRD avec VISA et EXE partiel (structure, fluides, thermique et électricité, mission de synthèse).

Missions complémentaires suivantes : Diagnostics, cssi, efae, sdt, dpgf.

La partie de l"enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est estimée à 9 835 000,00 euro (H.T.).
