         Le présent appel d’offres porte sur la réalisation et l’exploitation d’installations hydroélectriques nouvelles situées en France métropolitaine continentale à raison de 35 MW/an appelés en moyenne entre 2023 et 2026.

         En vertu du 2º de l’article L. 311-12 du code de l’énergie, les lauréats désignés par le ministre chargé de l’énergie bénéficient d’un contrat de complément de rémunération à l’électricité produite, établi selon les dispositions des articles L. 311-13-2 à L. 311-13-4 du code de l’énergie et selon les modalités précisées par le cahier des charges.

         Sont éligibles à l"appel d’offres les Installations hydroélectriques ne bénéficiant pas d"un soutien financier de l"Etat et dont la puissance est comprise entre 1 et 4,5 MW.

         L"appel d"offres est ouvert pour 3 périodes annuelles qui appellent chacune une puissance donnée.

         Le candidat dont l’offre a été retenue s’engage à ce que l’achèvement de son installation intervienne avant la date limite définie par le cahier des charges. Il bénéficie d"un contrat de complément de rémunération conclu en application du 2° de l’article L. 311-12 du code de l"énergie.

         Les modalités de ce contrat s"appliquent selon les dispositions des articles L. 311-13-2 à L. 311-13-4 du code de l’énergie et selon les modalités précisées au cahier des charges.
