Dans le cas d"un intermédiaire européen exerçant en France en LPS, cette attestation doit également être fournie. b) le mandat de la société d"assurance pour agir pour son compte et permettant de connaître l"étendue de ses pouvoirs et notamment celui de signer l"offre ou non pour le compte de ladite société. c) une attestation d"assurance en responsabilité civile professionnelle en cours de validité détaillant les garanties, les franchises et les montants, conformément à l"article L512-6 du code des assurances. d) une attestation de caution financière seulement pour les intermédiaires d"assurance encaissant des fonds conformément à l"article L512-7 du code des assurances
