         The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Implementing the Barnahus Model in Croatia”. The general objective of the project is to support Croatia in its efforts to design, develop and implement reforms in the field of child-friendly justice and protection of children’s rights. The project is running from 1 September 2023 to 28 February 2026 and is implemented by the Children’s Rights Division at the Council of Europe in close co-operation with the Croatian Ministry of Justice and Public Administration.

         In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for consultants for the provision of international expertise as specified in the following Tender File and Act of Engagement:

         Targeted and interdisciplinary (non-legal) training and support for professionals working for and with children with focus on interagency coordination, interviewing of children, collaboration and case management .

         Training and support of relevant professionals on medical examinations of child victims of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

         Awareness raising and sensitization of target groups on the Barnahus model and on child sexual exploitation and abuse both online and offline.

         Child participation and child safeguarding.
