Cette consultation fait suite à une Procédure Adaptée Ouverte déclarée infructueuse par l"Acheteur, le 27.06.2023, pour les lots n°5 à 12. Début prévisionnel des travaux : mai 2024. Les candidats doivent prendre en considération les contraintes du site, car les travaux se dérouleront en site occupé. Ils devront tenir compte des gênes occasionnées aux utilisateurs et occupants de l"établissement (bruits, poussières, passage des ouvriers, des engins, conditions de livraison, livraison matériels/matériaux,…) ainsi que des contraintes décrites dans le Pgc (approvisionnement, accès, circulation, sécurité, protection chantier, …), y compris les contraintes liées au Covid-19 éventuellement intégrées au document précité
