le concessionnaire assurera l"exploitation administrative, technique, financière et commerciale de la recyclerie de la Dombes. Le concessionnaire doit mettre en place tous les moyens nécessaires afin d"apporter réponse aux attentes de la cc de la dombes. Il doit gérer la Recyclerie avec professionnalisme et garantir la sécurité des usagers et de son personnel en maintenant et exploitant les biens confiés en conformité avec la règlementation applicable. Il doit en respecter ses vocations environnementales et sociales et entretenir une relation de confiance avec la cc de la Dombes.Les attentes de la cc de la dombes sont les suivantes : - réduire les déchets en diminuant le gaspillage et développer l"économie circulaire- faire connaitre la recyclerie- développer l"activité grâce à une structure spécialisée d"insertion
