Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Diese MKA steht im Zusammenhang mit dem MKA 192, der den folgenden Sachverhalt beinhaltet. Um den Antransport für zusätzliche Maßnahmen wie Gründung SSW und Versickerbecken zu gewährleisten, erfolgt die Anfahrt über die BE-Fläche Zehnthofweg über das Erdplanum für das zukünftige Gleis 113. Damit der erforderliche Antransport der Baustoffe und Baumaterialien gewährleistet werden kann und die Anfahrt über das Erdplanum möglich ist, war es zwingend erforderlich auf dem Erdplanum in km 66,1; km 66,5 und km 66,8 Rampen anzubringen. Im Anschluss ist es notwendig, nach Beendigung der oben genannten Maßnahmne, diese Rampen wieder auszubauen, damit die Schichten für das Planum des neuen Gleises erstellt werden können. Zum Einbau der Schichten PSS, FSS und Schotter-Verlegeplanum im Bereich der Rampen musste der Rückbau der Rampen abgewartet werden. Dieser erfolgte erst nach Fertigstellung der oben genannten Maßnahmen. Anschließend mussten mit erhöhtem Aufwand im Bereich der Rampen kleinteilig di
