         la liste des ensembles est fixée en annexe au Ccap.

         le présent marché comporte des prestations traitées à prix mixtes, comprenant une part à prix forfaitaire et une part à prix unitaires traités sur bons de commandes avec montant maximum annuel.

         -Les prestations à prix global forfaitaire portent sur les interventions de débouchage et curage / détartrage, en parties communes

         -La partie de l"accord-cadre à prix unitaires sera utilisée pour les prestations sur des groupes d"immeubles nouveaux inclus en cours de période ou en cas d"ajout de la prestation de « curage annuel » sur les ensembles existants (voir Ccp) et les interventions ponctuelles de débouchage, d"inspection vidéo et pompage.
