le marché est un marché de services relevant de l"annexe XIV de la directive no2014/24/ue. Il est passé selon une procédure adaptée. Une négociation pourra être engagée selon les modalités décrites au règlement de consultation. Conformément aux dispositions de l"article R2123-5 du code de la commande publique, l"acheteur se réserve la possibilité d"attribuer le marché sur la base des offres initiales sans négociation. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois à compter de la date de notification. Il pourra être reconduit tacitement 3 fois pour une nouvelle période d"un an. La durée totale du marché public ne pourra excéder 4 ans (périodes de reconductions comprises)
