- suivi complémentaire dans le cadre de la mission DET compte tenu des interruptions et reprises liées au covid d"une durée de 3 mois : + 16 782 euro

- suivi DET et complément de VISA pour des travaux d"enfouissement gérés par le Conseil Départemental pour assurer une cohérence : + 3 280 euro

Transformation du forfait provisoire en forfait définitif établi dans le cadre de la clause de réexamen

la plus-value liée au covid relève de l"article R2194-5 du Ccp.

Les autres plus-values relèvent de l"article R2194-2 du CCP car ces travaux supplémentaires sont devenus nécessaires pour répondre à des adaptations techniques qui devaient faire l"objet d"un suivi par le même maître d"oeuvre afin de permettre une réactivité et une cohérence dans la gestion du planning
